Key Responsibilities:
Conduct patient reminder and follow-up calls to ensure engagement and repeat orders.
Connect with new patients, explain company values, and ensure a positive experience.
Manage order processing, invoice details, prescriptions, and timely dispatch.
Maintain accurate patient records, call reports, and follow-up logs.
Support the Patient Care Manager and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
Graduate/Diploma in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in customer care, telecalling, or pharma/healthcare sales.
Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
