Qualifications and Experience

 Graduates with 1 to 2 years’ experience in a healthcare setting

 Strong customer service skills and excellent communication abilities.

 A warm, friendly, and approachable attitude.

 Ability to multitask

 Proficiency in computer systems



Job Duties

 Patient registration: Collecting patient demographic information, insurance details,

and other necessary paperwork.

 Insurance verification: Verifying insurance coverage and obtaining authorizations as

needed.

 Scheduling appointments: Scheduling appointments with physicians or other

healthcare providers.

 Answering phone calls: Responding to inquiries and directing callers to appropriate

departments.

 Data entry: Entering patient information into the hospital's electronic medical records

system.

 Billing: Assisting with billing procedures and insurance claims.

 Coordination: Coordinating with other departments, such as nursing and medical

records, to ensure smooth patient flow.

 Problem-solving: Addressing patient concerns or issues promptly and effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
