Job Description

Roles and Responsibility:

Conduct laboratory tests, including blood, urine, and tissue analysis.
Analyze test results and interpret findings.
Maintain accurate records of test results and patient information.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including centrifuges, ph meters, and pipettes.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and laboratory procedures.
Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with laboratory software and instrumentation.
