About the Role

Global IP Partners is looking for motivated Pharma graduates and postgraduates to join as Patent Research Associates/Sr Patent Research Associates. This role involves conducting patent research, including Prior Art Searches, Patent Invalidity Searches, Freedom to Operate (FTO) analyses, Infringement Searches, Patent Landscape and supporting patent drafting activities.

Work across Pharma, Pharmaceutical sciences, Medicinal Chemistry, Small Molecules, Formulation sciences, and related domains. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in Intellectual Property (IP) and innovation strategy.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 70% Marks in Class 10th and 12th Boards.
• Minimum 70% or equivalent CGPA in B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.S. Pharm / PhD Pharm
• Candidates who have completed or are in the final semester of M.Pharm / M.S. Pharm / PhD Pharm
• Experience: Freshers or up to 2 years of relevant experience in patent research/IP
• Degree streams accepted: M. Pharma, M.S. Pharma, PhD Pharma
• Candidates should be from Tier 1 pharmacy colleges, Universities like NIPER or equivalents

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patent searches and analyses (prior art searches, invalidity, FTO, Patent infringement Analysis, Patent Landscapes and Other Patent support Services.)
• Support technical writing and drafting of patent applications
• Perform literature and patent landscape analysis
• Collaborate with IP attorneys and R&D experts
• Analyze scientific literature, drug formulations, and clinical studies
• Stay updated on pharmaceutical IP laws and regulations

Skills Required

• Strong academic and research background in pharmaceutical or related fields.
• Excellent analytical and technical writing skills
• Good understanding of scientific literature and patents
• Attention to detail and eagerness to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Full-time, on-site position (No work-from-home option)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
