Urgent Hiring for Experienced Engineers : Job Title: Patent Engineer

Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced engineers from reputed corporate backgroundsto join our Intellectual Property (IP) team. The role involves technical drafting, patent searching, and conducting research on new inventions.

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct patent searches using various search engines such as Google Patents, Espacenet, etc. to identify relevant prior art.
Analyze patents by reading through claims, descriptions, and drawings to determine novelty and inventive step.
Perform technical analysis of products/technologies related to automobiles (B.Tech/B.E.) or aviation (B.Tech/B.E.).
Prepare detailed reports on patent research findings including summary of results and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-4 years of experience in patent search or analysis role.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) from a recognized university.
Strong understanding of intellectual property rights and technical drafting skills.
Proficiency in using software tools like Patent Search Engines, Patent Landscaping Tools, Prior Art Search Tools.

Educational Qualification:

UG: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautics, AI, or related fields
PG: M.Tech in relevant disciplines
