Job role: IP Analyst / IP Associate /Patent agent

Job Profile:

• Preparation of Invention discloser forums

• Collaborate with inventors to gather technical information and translate it into clear and concise patent language.

• Conducting patentability searches, Design searches

• Searching, analyzing, and compiling technical and patent information

• Drafting patent specification.

• Consultations with law firms and follow-ups

• Drafting and filing of patent and design applications

• Monitor the progress of patent applications through the patent prosecution process, including responding to office actions and appeals and consultations with law firms

•

Qualifications and requirements:

• BE/MTECH in mechanical engineering or its equivalent subjects /areas

• Experience: 2 years and above

• Patent agent (Optional)

• Good knowledge on all aspects of IPR- Patents, copyrights trademarks and designs

• Able to work independently and as a team player
