Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Patent Agent located in Noida. The Patent Agent will be responsible for preparing and filing patent applications, conducting patent searches, assessing patentability, and ensuring compliance with patent law. Qualifications Patent Application Drafting for EP, US, DE and IN Knowledge of Patent Law and Patentability Experience in conducting Patent Searching Able to analyze and draft response for Office Actions in US, EP, DE, KR, JP, CN, IN Minimum 4 years of experience in Patent Drafting and Prosecution Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Degree in Engineering is mandatory and Law degree is a plus Patent Agent certification is mandatory
