Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Pastry Commi role located in Bengaluru at La Couronne Patisserie and Caf. The Pastry Commi will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to food preparation, cake decoration, customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and innovation in pastry and Sourdough making.

• Food Preparation
• Cake Decoration
• Sourdough Making
• Experience in a culinary or hospitality setting minimum 6 months is compulsory
• Passion for pastries and baked goods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Inventory Management
• Adherence to SOPs
• Food wastage control
• Completion of a 6 months of Pastry course and 6 months of work experience or internship from Star Hotel Industry is compulsory.
