Role Description This is a full-time on-site Pastry Commi role located in Bengaluru at La Couronne Patisserie and Caf. The Pastry Commi will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to food preparation, cake decoration, customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and innovation in pastry and Sourdough making. Qualifications Interpersonal Skills and Communication Food Preparation Cake Decoration Sourdough Making Experience in a culinary or hospitality setting minimum 6 months is compulsory Passion for pastries and baked goods Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Inventory Management Adherence to SOPs Food wastage control Completion of a 6 months of Pastry course and 6 months of work experience or internship from Star Hotel Industry is compulsory.
