Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pastry Commi at the Burma Burma Restaurant & Tea Room in Ahmedabad. The Pastry Commi will assist in day-to-day pastry preparation, including baking, decorating, and assembling desserts as per the restaurant’s standards. Responsibilities will also include maintaining hygiene standards, ensuring the freshness of ingredients, and collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality culinary creations. The role requires an enthusiasm for the craft of pastry-making and a commitment to supporting smooth kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• Possess skills in Food Preparation, Cooking, and Culinary Skills
• Demonstrate understanding and adherence to Hygiene and safety standards
• Have strong Communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience or training in pastry or dessert-making is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• A diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or a related field is a plus
