Role Overview: You will be responsible for the full-time on-site role of a Chief Executive at Adithya Nature Resort in Kasaragod. Your primary duties will include overseeing the daily operations of the resort, which involve strategic planning, business planning, finance, and sales. You will be tasked with managing staff, optimizing operational efficiency, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and spearheading revenue growth. Collaboration with the executive team to execute the company's vision and long-term objectives will also be a key aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations of the resort - Strategic planning and business planning - Financial management - Sales management - Staff management - Operational efficiency optimization - Ensure exceptional guest experiences - Spearhead revenue growth - Collaborate with the executive team to execute the company's vision and long-term objectives Qualifications Required: - Experience in strategic planning and business planning - Strong acumen in finance and operations management - Proven track record in sales and driving revenue growth - Exemplary leadership and team management skills - Strong interpersonal and communication abilities - On-site working capability in Kasaragod - Prior experience in the hospitality industry (advantageous) - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred),
