Pastry Chief Executive

You will be responsible for the full-time on-site role of a Chief Executive at Adithya Nature Resort in Kasaragod. Your primary duties will include overseeing the daily operations of the resort, which involve strategic planning, business planning, finance, and sales. You will be tasked with managing staff, optimizing operational efficiency, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and spearheading revenue growth. Collaboration with the executive team to execute the company's vision and long-term objectives will also be a key aspect of your role. To excel in this position, you should possess experience in strategic planning and business planning, along with a strong acumen in finance and operations management. A proven track record in sales and a knack for driving revenue growth are essential. Your leadership and team management skills must be exemplary, and you should exhibit strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Being able to work on-site in Kasaragod is a requirement, and prior experience in the hospitality industry would be advantageous.
