Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Pastry Chef (Commie 2, Commie 3 & Trainees) role located in Noida. The Pastry Chef will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and baking of a variety of artisanal pastries, cakes, and desserts, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation. Day-to-day tasks will involve supporting food preparation, maintaining kitchen hygiene, adhering to recipes, and executing innovative ideas. Collaborating with senior chefs, the Pastry Chef will help create exceptional products that align with The Hazelnut Factory’s standards of craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Bakery techniques, Baking, and handling related equipment and tools
• Experience in Food Preparation and Cooking, with attention to detail to create high-quality and consistent products
• Strong Culinary Skills, including creativity and the ability to follow recipes and guidelines accurately
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Prior experience in a pastry kitchen or similar culinary environment is preferred
