We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional coordination and client management services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing teams, delivering high-quality results, and driving business growth. This role requires 5-10 years of experience. ### Roles and Responsibility Manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery. Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring seamless project execution. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, promoting professional growth and career advancement. Analyze project data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes and procedures. Execute, quality control, and report daily status to the internal leadership team as well as to our user groups. Adhere to practice protocols and other internal processes consistently. Be an integral part of the Global and/or Local Client Service Delivery team. Conduct complete review of client deliverables for quality assurance and ensure the team has adhered to the process protocols. Handle escalations effectively. Develop a high-level understanding of all the work streams of EMS and collaborate with different work streams as required by the business. Be involved in coaching, mentoring, and guidance of the Advanced Analysts and Seniors in your team. Assist Managers/Sr Managers in managing clients/projects. Ensure that the work done is within the budget and deviations have valid reasons/explanations. Leverage ideas from other engagements and experiences to enhance effectiveness of work, discuss with other Seniors on best practices to be implemented across all engagements. Take ownership of your schedule and proactively seek work when necessary to meet your annual chargeability goal. Focus on efficiencies and continuous improvement - challenge existing processes where inefficient or redundant. Proactively identify issues around quality of work, report and recommend solutions accordingly. Own quality delivered within the team. Foster collaboration and constructive communication within the team. Own client relationships, connecting the services and providing solutions that take into account all aspects of service delivery to the client. Seek opportunities to diversify client load and exposure to different teams. Actively participate and represent your team in meetings and provide suggestions on best practices to be implemented across EMS. Own timelines around deliverables. Should be able to work in a team and also spearhead the team. Spearhead in training and coaching team members. Manage conflicts effectively. Assess, appraise and help our professionals achieve their potential. ### Job Requirements Strong proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating leadership and executive presence. Proficient in MS Excel, with competence in using spreadsheets for data manipulation and review. Good knowledge of other MS Office applications, especially MS Word and MS PowerPoint. Technically versatile and able to work with data from various sources of various complexity and formats. Self-assured and self-motivated attitude, organized and deadline-focused. A global mindset and proficient knowledge of QRM protocols and adherence by self and team. Able to adapt to change and thrive, working in a virtual world with teams globally. Systematic skills, detail-oriented, and able to address all relevant information/data and develop practical approaches to solving problems. Possess a creative and curious approach to tackle complex challenges, leveraging internal tools and resources to achieve favorable results. Results-oriented approach to drive improvements in engagement economics (financial systems, relationship management tools, revenue pipeline, sales cycle reports, risk assessments). Competent at meeting tight deadlines, performing high-quality work, and diligent follow-up. Skilled at summarizing and concluding activities, applying appropriate documentation standards and lessons learned. Adept at protecting confidential and proprietary information. Prior experience in project management is preferred. Knowledge of a foreign language is beneficial. Any certification courses on operation management and client management are advantageous. Exposure to RPA and automation projects is desirable.
