Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior to lead our team in providing exceptional coordination and client management services globally and locally. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience. ### Roles and Responsibility Execute, quality control, and report daily status to the internal leadership team and user groups. Manage contractual SLAs and ensure timely delivery of projects. Serve as the first point of escalation for clients, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly. Consistently adhere to practice protocols and other internal processes. Collaborate with different work streams to develop a high-level understanding of all EMS work streams. Coach, mentor, and guide Advanced Analysts and Seniors within the team. Assist Managers/Sr Managers in managing clients/projects, ensuring budget adherence and valid explanations for deviations. Leverage ideas from other engagements and experiences to enhance effectiveness, discuss best practices with other Seniors, and proactively identify/resolve quality-related issues, reporting solutions accordingly. Own team quality, foster collaboration, and provide constructive communication; own client relationships, connecting services and providing solutions that account for all aspects of service delivery. Seek opportunities to diversify client load and exposure to different teams, actively participating and representing your team in meetings, providing suggestions on best practices. Own timelines around deliverables, manage conflicts effectively, and assess/appraise professionals to help them achieve their potential. ### Job Requirements Proficient in English with clear verbal and professional written communication skills. Self-assured and self-motivated attitude, organized, and deadline-focused. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively with virtual teams. Systematic approach with attention to detail and ability to address complex problems practically. Creative and curious approach to tackling challenges, leveraging internal tools and resources to achieve favorable results. Results-oriented approach to drive improvements in engagement economics. Competent in MS Excel for data manipulation and review, and proficient in other MS Office applications, especially MS Word and MS PowerPoint. Technically versatile and able to work with data from various sources of varying complexity and formats. Prior experience in project management is desirable. Knowledge of a foreign language is an advantage. Certification courses in operations management or client management are beneficial. Exposure to RPA and automation projects is a plus.
