Job Description

Job time : 12 pm to 9 pm

Handle all birthday and group event inquiries and bookings.
Plan, organize, and execute parties from start to finish.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth event operations.
Ensure timely setup and themed decoration for each event.
Welcome guests and maintain a fun, engaging atmosphere.
Manage on-ground event flow and resolve guest issues.
Promote party packages and achieve monthly booking targets.
Collaborate with marketing for creative party ideas and offers.
Maintain booking records, payments, and event reports.
Gather guest feedback and build repeat customer relationships.
Display high energy, great communication, and people skills.
Possess strong organization and multitasking abilities.
Preferably have experience in events, hospitality, or entertainment.
Focus on guest satisfaction and smooth execution.
Deliver on KRA: bookings, experience, and revenue growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
