Party Co-ordinator

The Corporate Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by generating corporate tie-ups, group bookings, and bulk event sales. The role focuses on building strong relationships with companies, institutions, and organizations to promote Black Bunny’s offerings as a preferred destination for team outings, parties, and events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach corporate clients, institutions, and associations for potential tie-ups.
• Generate group bookings for team outings, annual parties, and bulk events.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers (HR, Admin, Event Managers).
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive lead generation and conversion.
• Create customized proposals and packages as per client requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, events, dining) to ensure smooth execution of corporate bookings.
• Represent Black Bunny at corporate networking events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Track sales pipeline, prepare reports, and share regular updates with management.
• Collect client feedback and suggest strategies to improve offerings.
• Upsell add-on services like catering, décor, or premium game packages.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate (preferred: Marketing/Business Administration).
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B/corporate sales, hospitality, or event industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to independently drive sales targets and manage client relationships.
• Proactive, result-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork.
• Flexible to work on weekends and evenings, as required.

Work Schedule:

• 6 days working.
• Flexible hours depending on client meetings and events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
