Parts Merchandiser

The Parts Merchandiser role involves selling spare parts and accessories to customers while ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships. Your responsibilities will include gathering data on mechanics, fleet owners, and retailers, studying purchasing patterns to enhance market strategy, identifying mechanics working with specific vehicles, understanding their workflow and service patterns, and convincing them to purchase parts from our sources by highlighting quality, availability, and value-added benefits. You will also focus on identifying fleet owners and retailers interested in specific products, understanding their requirements and purchasing behavior, and increasing parts sales to achieve region-wise targets. Qualifications: - Any Bachelors or Diploma in a related field. Experience: - 3-4 years of experience in Automobile spare parts Marketing sales. Skills: - Strong sales and negotiation skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of spare parts and inventory management. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer requests. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software.
