Job Description: 2nd Careers is a platform dedicated to professionals over 45 who seek to network, learn, and pursue meaningful work. We curate a diverse range of opportunities - full-time, fractional, remote, and on-site - as well as avenues for mentorship and pro bono volunteering. Our learning partners offer targeted training and workshops to support transitions into new sectors or domains. Since our launch in September 2024, we've been steadily expanding our community of employers, partners, and professionals. Our mission is to ensure senior talent remains relevant, engaged, and empowered in the modern workforce. Role Description: As a Partnerships & Outreach Manager at 2nd Careers, you will play a key role in expanding our ecosystem of employers and learning partners, while mobilizing opportunities for professionals on the platform. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the marketing team to generate employer and partner leads, managing the outreach funnel, and driving conversions. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding suitable learning and development partners to offer branded or white-label skilling and upskilling programs. Furthermore, you will lead outreach campaigns, professional events, and other pre-sales activities to grow our base of active users and job listings. This is a high-ownership role with room to shape the function as we scale. Qualifications: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships within the talent acquisition, career services, or HR tech sectors. - Prior experience as a recruiter, headhunter, or in executive search is a strong plus. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. - Comfortable with both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.,
