Role Description: As a Strategic Sales & Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our ecosystem of employers and learning partners, while mobilizing opportunities for professionals on the platform. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with the marketing team to generate employer and partner leads, managing the outreach funnel, and driving conversions. - Leading sales campaigns, outreach campaigns, attending professional events, and other pre-sales activities to grow our base of active users and job listings. - This is a high-ownership role with room to shape the function as we scale. Qualifications: - 4-7 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships within the talent acquisition, career services, or HR tech sectors. - Prior experience as a recruiter, headhunter, or in executive search is a strong plus. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. - Comfortable with both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.,
