As a Partnerships Growth Manager - Tech & Channel at JustCall (by SaaS Labs), you will be responsible for turning integrations into impactful solutions, partners into growth engines, and fostering a collaborative ecosystem. You will play a crucial role in driving partnerships, product development, and go-to-market strategies to create lasting momentum in the SaaS world. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Tech Partnerships:** - Own and manage JustCall's integration ecosystem across various platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and emerging SaaS platforms. - Validate, prioritize, and accelerate integrations to ensure maximum impact. - Collaborate with Product & Engineering teams to launch and scale both 1P and 3P integrations. - Lead go-to-market strategies from joint value proposition creation to co-marketing initiatives to drive adoption and revenue growth. - **Channel Partnerships (Solution & Reseller):** - Develop and expand Solution Partner & Reseller programs to enhance market reach. - Onboard, train, and support partners with necessary resources like decks, playbooks, and ongoing enablement. - Drive partner-led revenue growth through co-marketing efforts, performance tracking, and fostering long-term relationships. - **Co-Marketing, GTM & Ops Magic:** - Collaborate with Partner Marketing to create engaging content, spotlights, and GTM campaigns. - Work with RevOps to streamline workflows using tools like PartnerStack, HubSpot, and Salesforce. - Acquire knowledge of Partner Ops fundamentals to efficiently scale programs. - Implement creative GTM ideas by leveraging data, design, and a curious mindset. **Qualifications Required:** - **What You'll Bring:** - Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and a genuine interest in learning about new technologies. - Thrive in an environment that offers ownership and believe in continuous growth through curiosity and willingness to step out of your comfort zone. - Ideally possess 6-10 years of experience in Tech Partnerships, Channel/Reseller Management, or Partner Marketing within a B2B SaaS setup.
