Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 21051

Prepare, review, and manage Form 1065 tax returns and supporting schedules (K-1, K-2, K-3, M-1, M-2, M-3)
Handle complex fund structures – Hedge Funds, PE, FoFs, Venture Capital
Manage US Tax Compliance including Federal, State & Local, and International filings
Coordinate with clients and cross-border teams
Identify and resolve tax issues with strategic insights
Mentor junior team members and lead performance feedback
Participate in firm-wide technology and process initiatives

✅ Must-Have Qualifications

3+ years of experience in US Taxation
Strong exposure to Partnership Taxation (Form 1065)
Must have experience in any of the following:

Hedge Fund Taxation
Private Equity Taxation
Fund of Funds (FoF)
Venture Capital

Experience working with financial services clients
Strong understanding of US tax compliance regulations
Experience must be from Big 4, CPA, or consulting firms (No industry profiles)

Preferred Qualifications

EA / CPA / CA certification
Experience working directly with global clients or counterparts

🏷️ Other Requirements

Must be open to fixed shift (12:30 PM – 9:30 PM)
Should not reside more than 1–1.15 hrs from the office
Good communication skills are essential
Must be flexible during peak/busy tax seasons
