Partnership Program Manager- Hospital Retail

As the Partnership Program Manager for the Hospital Retail Channel, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with hospitals and healthcare providers to enhance retail offerings. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to drive business growth, improve patient access to healthcare products, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and establishing partnerships with hospitals through various programs, developing and implementing partnership strategies that align with the company's objectives, overseeing the execution of partnership programs, collaborating with the sales team across India, monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness, and engaging with internal teams to ensure successful program implementation. Additionally, you will be required to conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape in the hospital retail sector, analyze data to inform decision-making and strategy development, provide training and support to internal stakeholders and hospital staff on partnership programs, and ensure all partnership activities comply with relevant regulations and organizational policies. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA preferred), along with 10+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or related roles within the healthcare or retail sectors. You should have a strong understanding of the hospital retail landscape and healthcare regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
