Partnership and Outreach Junior Associate

Experience: Freshers / Recent Graduates

Location: Delhi

Are you a confident communicator with a flair for coordination and relationship-building? Ardent Co. is looking for a Partnership & Outreach Associate to support client-focused and internal outreach activities .

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with podcast hosts, event organizers, and media platforms to secure speaker opportunities for clients and Ardent Co.
• Outreach to industry, civil society, and corporates for partnerships.
• Idea and plan campaigns and special programs for clients
• Support planning of high-level events and engagements
• Maintain stakeholder databases and follow-ups

Who Can Apply :

• Recent graduates in Public Policy, Journalism, Mass Communication, Political Science, Business, or related fields.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Proactive, organized, and confident in external outreach
• Basic familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and email writing
