Partnership and Outreach Junior Associate

As a Partnership & Outreach Associate at Ardent Co., you will play a crucial role in supporting client-focused and internal outreach activities. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Coordinating with podcast hosts, event organizers, and media platforms to secure speaker opportunities for clients and Ardent Co. - Conducting outreach to industry, civil society, and corporates for potential partnerships. - Generating ideas and planning campaigns and special programs for clients. - Assisting in the planning of high-level events and engagements. - Maintaining stakeholder databases and ensuring timely follow-ups. To be successful in this role, Ardent Co. is looking for candidates who meet the following criteria: - Recent graduates in Public Policy, Journalism, Mass Communication, Political Science, Business, or related fields. - Possess excellent spoken and written communication skills. - Proactive, organized, and confident in external outreach activities. - Basic familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and proficient in email writing.
