Partner Success Manager EV Charging - Lucknow

You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with partners in the EV charging business and supporting them in local brand promotion to maximize revenue. Your role will involve conducting site visits to partner locations, providing onsite training to partner staff, ensuring proper implementation of branding guidelines, conducting site audits, and assisting partners in optimizing station layout and customer experience. Additionally, you will help partners identify and pursue additional revenue streams at charging stations, develop local marketing strategies, build relationships with local businesses and potential B2B customers, facilitate cross-selling opportunities, and assist partners in developing promotional campaigns and local partnerships. Furthermore, you will work with partners to analyze local market conditions and competition, guide partners in pricing strategy and service offerings, help partners optimize operational efficiency and profitability, and support partners in customer acquisition and retention strategies. You will also be responsible for tracking the performance of each location on key performance indicators such as utilization percentage, customer experience, and increasing repeat business. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Tech, Business, or Marketing, along with 3+ years of field sales or business development experience. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively are required. Experience in training and developing business owners/operators, retail or franchise business operations, and EV charging or automotive industry is preferred.
