Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

To be responsible for managing Key Clients HNIs and Ultra HNIs and provide expert relationship management experience (Domain Expert).
In liaison with the Corporate and Institutional Banking team, to drive the acquisition of Personal Banking and Wealth Management relationships for Owner/ Promoters/Directors/ CFOs/ Corporate Treasuries Wealth.
Anticipate and be continually sensitive to the shifting customer expectations and initiate appropriate measures to ensure that Yes Bank stays ahead of competitors.
Maintaining a strong working knowledge of client portfolios / products which arerequired to gain business wallet share from HNI and Ultra HNI clients.
Ensure regular engagement with mapped relationships and maintain quality ofportfolio by ensuring profitability at each client level.
Showcase full range of consumer and commercial banking products to existing andpotential Key Clients of the Bank and harness incremental business opportunitiesacross all products.
Contributing to the development of new products and services, by channelizing selfand customer feedback to the respective Program Teams.
Ensure compliance to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering (AML)requirements in all dealings with existing and potential customers.
Participate in cross-functional activities that help promote and nurture collectiveresponsibility to the bigger objectives of the institution.

Desired Candidate Profile

8-10 years of experience in priority banking, wealth management, or related fields.
