🎯 Role Overview

We’re seeking a proactive and communicative Partner Relationship Manager to join our Ahmedabad team. This is an on-site, relationship-driven role focused on building and nurturing partnerships with educational agencies and consultants across India.

 Note: Selected candidates must sign a one-year bond.

📞 Key Responsibilities

Make 10–50 calls daily to engage education agencies and consultants

Represent Join In Campus services professionally and persuasively

Build long-term partnerships with agencies and stakeholders

Lead and participate in workshops, events, and conferences

Collaborate with internal teams to execute partnership agreements

Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain partner engagement

Monitor partner performance and offer strategic guidance

Handle additional tasks as assigned by management

✅ Requirements

Fluent in English with strong communication and negotiation skills

Sales-oriented mindset with relationship-building focus

Willingness to work full-time and sign a one-year bond

Must be based in Ahmedabad

Experience in study abroad or B2B partnerships preferred (not mandatory)
