Partner Programs & Investment Finance Analyst

As a highly motivated Financial Analyst at Snowflake, your role will involve providing financial support for Snowflake's partner programs and investments. You will play a key role in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and insights to optimize performance across partner programs and investments for Snowflake, customers, and partners. **Responsibilities:** - Support the fiscal month-end close processes, including managing accruals, reconciliations, and performing variance analysis for partner programs. - Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting for partner programs, automating existing and new reporting on key performance metrics. - Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to partner programs, incentives, and investments by collaborating with internal and external teams. - Review and approve POs for partner programs and investments in alignment with established policies, budgets, and procedures. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and automation initiatives. - Document procedures, workflows, and best practices related to partner programs, financial processes, and reconciliation. - Support ad-hoc analysis for annual planning and budgeting cycles related to partner programs. - Work with accounting teams to track and report partner program impact. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (CFA, CPA) is a plus. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Experience in building and automating financial models and financial insights. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Minimum five years of prior experience in Finance, Sales Finance & Operations, Channel Finance. - Prior experience supporting Channel/Alliances/Partner organizations and/or GTM investments is a plus. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel) and G-Suite (Sheets, Slides). - Experience with BI and Data Visualization tools is a plus.
