Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Integrations & Partnerships

Manage payment and device integrations with India partners to drive member acquisition and ensure seamless experiences on partner platforms.
Implement partner bundle offers that include Netflix subscriptions, simplifying payments through partner billing systems.

Collaborate & Innovate

Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
Lead regular project meetings to ensure smooth technical integration, quickly resolve challenges, and drive co-innovation initiatives.

Deliver Exceptional Member Experience

Negotiate and implement high-visibility Netflix discovery placements and seamless purchase experiences across partner devices and digital platforms.
Ensure Netflix remains the preferred entertainment choice while driving business performance.

Execute & Drive Growth

Oversee technology execution, including API integrations, in collaboration with engineering and product teams.
Contribute to APAC partnership growth strategy by testing, learning, and evolving product and technology execution.
Leverage insights into local market challenges and opportunities to spearhead cross-functional efforts and overcome obstacles.
