The India Enablement team is dedicated to driving business success through managing key enablement programs and providing impactful learning experiences. By empowering Sales, Solutions & Leaders with essential skills, process knowledge, product insights, and industry expertise, we ensure hands-on training and world-class content delivery. As a Partner Enablement Practitioner (PEP) within our dynamic and action-oriented team, you will be responsible for organizing and supporting Salesforce partners on reseller and implementation processes, as well as best practices. Your role will be crucial in equipping partners with the necessary knowledge, tools, and processes to ensure successful customer implementations, seamless project execution, and timely handovers. Your main responsibilities will include: - Providing Reseller Enablement on Prospecting Best Practices, Product positioning, Negotiation, Selling Conversations, Mutual Success Plans, Salesforce advantage, and Salesforce elevator pitch - Collaborating with Alliances and Channels teams to operationalize and execute Enablement programs for partners - Adapting global training content to address regional nuances, tool intricacies, and market dynamics - Orchestrating and leading workshops utilizing implementation frameworks and best practices - Managing enablement logistics such as scheduling, attendance tracking, and reporting - Leveraging Subject matter expert communities to enhance the skills and knowledge of Partner organizations - Designing and delivering in-person and virtual training sessions focused on Salesforce implementation best practices, project management, and process adherence - Facilitating workshops and simulations to help partners master seamless project execution, including customer handovers and go-live readiness - Enabling partners to manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables effectively to ensure quality and consistency across implementations - Tailoring global training content to meet the unique needs of India-based implementation partners - Building strong relationships, networking, and collaborating across internal teams, including Alliances & Channels, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to ensure a seamless partner enablement experience - Tracking and analyzing partner enablement impact metrics across predefined parameters - Using insights to refine enablement programs and drive continuous improvement in partner outcomes - Providing targeted training on leveraging AI-driven insights for better project execution and customer success - Ensuring consistent communication and alignment with partners through effective use of tools and processes To excel in this role, you should possess: - A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Product implementation or a related Partner Enablement Role - Experience in designing, delivering, and facilitating virtual and in-person enablement sessions, preferably within Partner Enablement - An in-depth understanding of Salesforce products, implementation methodologies, and the partner ecosystem (an added advantage) - Strong knowledge of project management principles, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies - The ability to simplify complex concepts and adapt content to different partner roles and skill levels - Knowledge of AI-driven tools and their application in process optimization and partner success If you are passionate about training and enabling partners to achieve success, join our team and be part of a collaborative environment focused on driving learning excellence and empowering partners for mutual growth.,
