Role Overview: As a Partner Data Operations Specialist at Avenue Code, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of partner data requests. Your role will involve close collaboration with business managers, engineering, and IT teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of data feeds, resolve partner queries, and maintain secure data operations. Your excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and capacity to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate with business managers to resolve partner queries and ensure smooth data flow. - Manage end-to-end requests lifecycle, including gathering requirements, prioritizing work with engineering, and delivering it to the partner. - Create, manage, and prioritize the DevOps backlog to ensure timely completion of data/dev ops tasks. - Troubleshoot data feeds sent to partners, ensuring accuracy and promptly resolving any issues. - Renew and manage encryption keys, coordinating with IT and business managers. - Set up data feeds for new partners, including creating login credentials and coordinating with internal teams. - Address technical questions from partners and redirect them to the appropriate internal stakeholders when necessary. Qualifications Required: - Experience: You should have 3+ years of experience in data operations, technical support, or a related field. - Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary to interact effectively with business managers and partners. - Problem-Solving: Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues will be crucial in this role. - Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and ensure timely completion of responsibilities. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in managing data feeds, troubleshooting data issues, and overseeing tasks for the DevOps team is required. - Education: A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
