Job Description

As a Partner Acceleration Executive (PAE) at NiCE, you will be instrumental in implementing a cohesive business development strategy to drive profitable growth through the partner ecosystem. Your role will involve driving sales opportunities, executing marketing campaigns, and leading complex strategic initiatives to further develop existing partnerships at NiCE. Working closely with cross-functional leadership teams, you will play a key role in executing corporate strategies for new growth. Leveraging your expertise in cloud service provider platforms, cloud and digital transformation, CRM platforms, digital channels, RPA and automation, and self-service, you will drive expansion with partners. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and progressing long-term relationships at all levels within our partner network. Your impact as a PAE will be measured by your ability to create and execute business plans, collaborate with cross-functional team members to build and implement strategies, and achieve business goals. You will establish and manage relationships within the NiCE partner ecosystem, develop joint business opportunities, drive product and service adoption, and exceed revenue growth targets. To excel in this role, you should have at least 8 years of technology sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years in partner channel management. Experience in contact center software or related industries is preferred. You should also possess strong business development skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, exceptional communication skills, and a track record of achieving targets and goals.
