Your role will be crucial in representing the company's brand and ensuring the highest standards in daily operations. By providing exceptional customer care and achieving sales goals, you will contribute directly to our mission of enhancing the lives of pets and their families. Your responsibilities will include ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service, maintaining outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards, assisting the team with client follow-up, and staying updated with product information. To excel in this role, you need to have a basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices, excellent communication skills, a customer service-focused mindset, and a preference for being an animal lover.
