Part-Time PPC Specialist (Google Ads, Bing Ads & Meta)

We are a growing digital marketing agency managing paid media for a small portfolio of UK-based clients. We are looking for an experienced PPC specialist to take ownership of paid advertising across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta.

This role is part-time and suited to someone highly organised, methodical, and confident managing multiple accounts end-to-end without hand-holding.

• 5 to 7 years hands-on experience running paid ads
• Proven experience with both lead generation and e-commerce campaigns
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), and Meta Ads
• Experience managing monthly ad spend budgets in the £1,000 to £2,000 range
• Comfortable working with multiple accounts simultaneously

• Create structured PPC strategies based on client services and objectives
• Build, optimise, and manage campaigns across Google, Bing, and Meta
• Conduct keyword research and ongoing keyword expansion
• Proactively manage negative keyword lists
• Monitor performance daily and make data-led optimisations
• Configure GA4 correctly, including events, conversions, and monetary values
• Ensure accurate reporting on leads, conversions, and revenue
• Maintain clear documentation of all changes made to accounts
• Produce concise monthly performance reports with insights and next steps

• Extremely organised and process-driven
• Comfortable planning, executing, and documenting work independently
• Strong understanding of attribution, tracking, and GA4 reporting
• Able to translate client services into effective keyword and audience strategies
• Reliable, communicative, and consistent with delivery

• Part-time role
• Must be available during UK business hours, starting from 9:00am
• Ongoing management of fewer than 10 active ad accounts

• $350 per month
• Long-term opportunity for the right person as account volume grows
