Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Instructional Design & Development:

Design, develop, and implement engaging and effective e-learning courses, microlearning modules, interactive simulations, and other learning resources.

Storyboarding & Scripting:

Create detailed and comprehensive
storyboards
that visually and textually map out the e-learning content, interactions, visuals, and audio narration.

Graphic Design & Visual Development:

Ensure all visual content aligns with instructional goals and enhances the learning experience.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education:
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of
3-5 years
of experience as an Instructional Designer or similar role.
