About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Preparation Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality, compliant, and compelling tender responses for government and private sector procurement opportunities. This role involves understanding tender requirements, gathering relevant information, drafting responses, and ensuring timely submission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify relevant tender opportunities and evaluate eligibility.
• Review tender documents, RFPs, RFQs, and related materials to understand submission requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect technical, financial, and compliance information.
• Prepare well-structured, persuasive, and compliant tender responses.
• Ensure all submissions meet deadlines and follow the required formats.
• Maintain a database of submitted tenders and track results.
• Continuously update templates, case studies, and company profiles for future bids.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in preparing and submitting tender responses.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of procurement processes and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in government tender submissions.
• Familiarity with ERP, IT services, or software solutions tenders.
• Knowledge of online procurement portals.
