What You’ll Do

As our Bid Manager, you’ll be the engine driving our outbound efforts on platforms like:

• Upwork

• Freelancer

• Contra

• Webflow Experts

• GeM

• Shopify, Framer, and more

You’ll be:

• Spotting high-quality, relevant projects

• Writing sharp proposals using our templates

• Managing and tracking bids and client communication

• Staying on top of platform trends

• Collaborating with the team to optimize strategies

Don’t worry, we’ll equip you with tools, templates, case studies, and full support to help you thrive.

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Have 3–5 years’ experience bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Contra, etc.

• Are confident identifying high-quality project leads

• Love working independently, staying organized, and getting things done

• Are comfortable communicating in professional English (written + spoken)

• Enjoy async team chats, memes, and the occasional GIF war 😄

Bonus Points If:

• You’ve successfully closed web development or design projects via platforms

• You’re savvy with platforms like Webflow, Shopify, or n8n

• You have a knack for understanding client needs and tailoring pitches
