As we continue to expand, we are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team and support key accounting operations. Position Summary: The Junior Accountant will play a critical role in maintaining financial records, supporting month-end and year-end closing processes, and ensuring the accuracy of accounting data. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to build a solid foundation in accounting within a collaborative and professional environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records in the accounting system. Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoice matching and payment tracking. Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow. Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities. Support internal and external audits by preparing requested documentation. Maintain organized documentation and filing systems. Comply with company policies and accounting regulations. Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and accountability. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 0–2 years of relevant work or internship experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP). Strong numerical and analytical skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
