Position: Parking Executive – Cinema Roles & Responsibilities

• Vehicle Guidance
• Guide customers for proper parking and smooth vehicle movement.
• Ensure correct parking in designated slots for cars and two-wheelers.
• Traffic Flow Management
• Assist in managing entry and exit traffic, especially during peak hours.
• Prevent congestion and ensure safe movement of vehicles and pedestrians.
• Customer Assistance
• Greet customers politely and assist with parking-related queries.
• Handle customer concerns courteously and escalate issues to the supervisor when required.
• Parking Safety & Security
• Monitor parked vehicles to prevent damage, theft, or misuse.
• Ensure fire exits, emergency routes, and walkways are kept clear.
• Ticketing & Validation (if applicable)
• Issue parking tickets and guide customers for validation at counters.
• Support cash/UPI collection as per company procedure.
• Area Maintenance
• Maintain cleanliness in parking areas, ramps, and staircases.
• Report lighting, signage, or surface damage issues to the supervisor.
• Rule Enforcement
• Follow and enforce parking rules and time limits as per policy.
• Ensure customers park only in permitted areas.
• Coordination
• Coordinate with parking supervisor, security, and cinema operations team.
• Support special events, premieres, and high-footfall days.
• Emergency Support
• Assist during emergencies such as fire, evacuation, or accidents.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and safety officers.
• Reporting
• Report incidents, customer complaints, or operational issues promptly.
• Maintain discipline, grooming standards, and punctuality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
