Job Description

The Parent Relationship Manager (PRM) serves as the primary point of contact between the school and parents. The PRM ensures smooth communication, builds trust, addresses concerns, and actively promotes parental engagement in the school community. Key Responsibilities: Act as a bridge between the school management and parents to foster a strong school-home partnership. Handle parent queries, feedback, and concerns with sensitivity and professionalism. Organize parent-teacher meetings, orientation sessions, and school events involving families. Maintain updated records of parent communications and follow-ups. Share timely updates on school programs, events, policy changes, and student progress. Support the admissions team by conducting school tours and parent counseling sessions. Collaborate with academic and support teams to ensure parents’ concerns are addressed promptly. Develop initiatives and communication strategies to enhance parent involvement. Prepare periodic reports on parent satisfaction and engagement levels. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Education, Psychology, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in a client-facing or relationship management role; school experience preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Proficiency in email communication, record keeping, and digital tools (e.g., CRM, ERP, school apps). Ability to multitask, manage stress, and maintain confidentiality. Desirable: Fluency in multiple local languages. Experience working in a CBSE/ICSE/International curriculum school setting. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
