PARATHA MASTER

Job Summary:

The Paratha Master will be responsible for preparing a variety of parathas and related Indian breads such as stuffed paratha, lachha paratha, aloo paratha, paneer paratha, and plain paratha, ensuring authentic taste, proper texture, and presentation. The role requires skill in dough preparation, stuffing, and tandoor or tawa cooking techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare different types of parathas (stuffed and plain) as per menu and orders.
• Maintain proper dough consistency and stuffing mixtures.
• Ensure parathas are cooked evenly with good texture and taste.
• Handle tawa or tandoor efficiently and maintain proper temperature.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area and utensils.
• Follow portion control and avoid wastage of raw materials.
• Coordinate with other kitchen staff for smooth service operations.
• Monitor inventory for flour, ghee, oil, and other ingredients.
• Follow all kitchen safety and hygiene procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Paratha Maker / Paratha Master in a hotel or restaurant.
• Expertise in preparing stuffed and layered parathas.
• Strong knowledge of Indian bread varieties and cooking methods.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders.
• Good hygiene habits and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
