As a Paraplanner, you will play a foundational role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of planning outputs while gradually deepening your exposure to advanced financial strategies. You will assist in preparing investment plans, conducting basic mutual funds research, and supporting documentation needs. This position is ideal for someone with 1 year of experience looking to grow within a boutique, client-focused wealth management environment. - Support Plan Preparation - Assist in the creation of portfolio reviews and investment plans - Operational execution of mutual funds and insurance - Research Assistance - Conduct research on investment options, investment products, and tools - Compare product features and summarize findings for review - Report Drafting - Draft financial reports and investment summaries under supervision - Ensure reports are well-structured, accurate, and aligned with client goals - Compliance and Documentation - Maintain up-to-date client files with all relevant planning notes and compliance checklists - Ensure adherence to internal documentation protocols and regulatory standards - Technology & Tools - Enter and update client data in CRM and financial planning software - Use Excel and planning tools for basic calculations and modeling - Team Collaboration - Coordinate with operations and admin teams to support client onboarding and documentation - Attend internal meetings and training sessions to build technical and client-handling skills - Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field - Certification or enrollment in CFP/QPFP (preferred) - 1 year of experience in a paraplanning or financial planning support role Skills Required include a good understanding of personal finance basics (investments, insurance, and taxation), strong Excel and documentation skills, willingness to learn and grow in a client-centric environment, attention to detail, time management skills, strong ethics, confidentiality, and professional attitude.
