Job Description

As a Paraplanner at our company, your role will involve preparing comprehensive financial plans and providing tailored recommendations for clients to help them achieve their financial goals. You will be actively engaged in investment research and collaborate with the Investment Committee Team. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing reports, proposals, and financial illustrations for client meetings - Maintaining client records, CRM databases, and compliance files - Working closely with team members, custodians, and insurance companies - Delivering exceptional client service while efficiently managing multiple projects To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of three years of experience in a Paraplanner or similar financial planning role and hold a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance or Financial Planning. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat is required. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with strong written and verbal communication skills. Professionalism, dependability, and a collaborative mindset are essential qualities. Training will be provided to support your success in the role. Please note that this is a full-time position with the requirement to work in person at our specified work location.
