Paraplanner

As a Paraplanner at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of work by performing quality assurance checks and driving continuous improvement in the paraplanning process. You will also be responsible for contributing to operational processes, liaising with Advisers, and providing guidance to junior team members. Your role will require a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to ISO policies. Key Responsibilities: - Perform quality assurance checks to maintain the highest quality of work - Drive improvement in the paraplanning process and foster a culture of continuous improvement - Contribute to operational processes and quality improvement initiatives - Liaise with Advisers to communicate case updates and necessary information - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Paraplanners - Follow and adhere to ISO policies Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of key areas such as SOA, ROA, financial projections, and WealthSolver - Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) - Ability to handle multiple priorities and requests with efficient planning - Confident and pleasant personality for building client relationships - Well-organized with the ability to work independently and excellent time management skills - Hands-on experience and proficiency with MS Office (Word and Excel) - Desire to succeed As for the company benefits, you will enjoy: - 5 Days Working - Family Medical Insurance - Attractive Salary - Dynamic Work Culture - 26 Leaves & 10+ Holidays - Job Timing: 7:30am-4:30pm (Monday to Friday) Please note that the academic qualifications and experience required for this role are: - MBA Finance or higher - 1+ year of experience in the Paraplanning process We look forward to welcoming a dedicated and detail-oriented individual like you to our team.,
