As a Paraplanner in Australia, your role will involve performing quality assurance checks to maintain the highest standards of work. You will drive improvements in the paraplanning process, fostering a culture of continuous enhancement. Your responsibilities will include contributing to operational processes, participating in quality improvement initiatives, and effectively communicating case updates and necessary information to Advisers. Additionally, you will provide guidance to junior team members, offering mentorship to support Junior Paraplanners in their development. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong grasp of key areas such as SOA, ROA, financial projections, and WealthSolver. Clear and effective English communication skills, both verbal and written, are highly valued. Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with proper planning are essential. Your confidence, pleasant personality, and client relationship-building skills will be crucial. You should be well-organized, capable of independent work, and proficient in time management. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word and Excel) is required, along with a strong desire to succeed. The ideal candidate will hold an MBA in Finance or higher qualification and have at least 1 year of experience in the Paraplanning process.
