Paralegal Team Leader

You will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and supervising a team of paralegals. Your role will involve monitoring team performance according to defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensuring timely delivery of assignments by managing agreed Turnaround Time (TAT). You will also collaborate with the quality manager to identify training needs and schedule training sessions. Providing continuous feedback and training to team members to enhance their quality and legal acumen will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Qualifications Required: - Masters in Law (LLM) - Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in the field.,
