As a Junior Paralegal & Executive Legal Assistant at our fast-paced and tech-driven company, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients, advisors, and executive leadership. Your responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, conducting legal research, managing corporate records, facilitating communication between internal teams, and ensuring compliance with governance policies. You will be expected to draft, review, and negotiate nondisclosure agreements (NDAs), contracts, and third-party legal documents. To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in legal studies, business, or a related field. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential. An interest in IP, litigation, or tech law is a plus. Preferred qualifications include experience in a legal, consulting, or professional services setting, a paralegal certificate or coursework in legal studies, and familiarity with litigation or intellectual property matters. Proficiency in tools like DocuSign, Microsoft Office, and case management systems is valued.
