Paralegal Assistant

As a General Paralegal at our legal team in Ernakulam, Kerala, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support our legal practice. This role offers a unique opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals to gain valuable experience working in a client-facing environment. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients and stakeholders - Use client management software for case handling and documentation - Perform general office tasks such as email correspondence, scanning, filing, and scheduling - Provide transcription and typing support, including audio typing - Assist with drafting legal documents, applications, and correspondence - Maintain appointment diaries, visitor logs, and attendance records - Manage client interactions professionally at reception and during meetings - Support senior management with administrative and PA duties - Work with solicitors on case preparation, including legal research - Maintain accurate records and meet individual and team targets - Help with client onboarding, ID checks, and compliance procedures - Contribute to marketing initiatives and social media content creation - Prepare documents and bundles for trial and tribunal submissions Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Law preferred - 02 years of experience in a legal or paralegal role (Freshers welcome with strong legal knowledge) Training & Career Development: - A structured training program with progression milestones - Long-term progression toward Solicitor or Barrister qualifications Additional Company Details: - Professional training and growth opportunities - Exposure to a wide range of legal areas - Dynamic and supportive work environment - Clear career path toward legal qualification This full-time position offers health insurance, operates on a UK shift schedule, and includes a yearly bonus.
