Paper Manufacturing & Analytics

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the

  primary domain expert

  on paper manufacturing processes, equipment, raw materials, and quality standards.
• Analyze

  production, yield, and quality data

  to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement

  process optimization strategies

  using analytics and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, plant operations, and cross-functional teams to drive measurable improvements in efficiency, sustainability, and cost.
• Provide

  technical consultation and training

  to internal teams for knowledge transfer and capability building.
• Ensure adherence to

  safety, compliance, and environmental sustainability

  standards relevant to the paper industry.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience

  (4+ years preferred) in paper manufacturing, process engineering, or related industries (e.g., pulp, packaging, specialty papers).
• Prior exposure to

  companies like JK Paper, ITC Paperboards, BILT, WestRock, or Sonoco

  is highly desirable.
• Strong

  analytics and data skills

  : proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Python, or other analytical tools.
• Deep understanding of

  manufacturing KPIs

  (yield, throughput, OEE, cost per ton, energy optimization).
• Familiarity with

  industry regulations, sustainability practices, and lean manufacturing methods

  .
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
